Welcome to episode 16 of the Inner Calm Podcast.

In this episode I am diving into my 3 step process to help you clear out the negative thinking within your mind on a moment-to-moment basis. This is the information that I share with my private 1-1 coaching clients but I am so excited to be sharing it with you today.

This is when you find yourself out and about and you notice you are thinking negatively.

Three step process to help you let go of your negative thinking:

  1. Bring awareness to your negative thinking. You cannot change what you do not know.
  2. Pivot or reach for a new thought or belief that supports you and where you want to go.
  3. Anchor back into the present moment.

Now, it does not matter how many times you need to practice this process. The moment you realise you’ve gone back to the negative thinking, or noticed you are in a spiral, you have brought awareness to your negativity and you can then pivot or reach for a new thought.
